USAGE AGREEMENT

Welcome to the Marshview Riders Forums. Please read this Usage Agreement in its entirety because it contains useful information. By using these Forums, you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.

These terms may change at any time in the future. I will endeavor to post general notices of such changes, but no individual notice of changes to Users will be provided. So check back periodically and review the Rules and Terms of Use to ensure that you still agree to abide by them. Unless you terminate your registration, you will be bound by any subsequent change in the terms of this Agreement.


FORUMS

I want to encourage an open exchange of information and ideas. But I cannot and DO NOT REVIEW ALL postings made forums. You may well read any given posting before anyone on the staff does (staff being the Administrators being ME). Take what you find with a grain of salt. You can expect these areas to include information and opinions from a variety of individuals with varying opinions. We DO NOT endorse, guarantee the accuracy of, or support any posting, regardless of whether the posting comes from a user or from a celebrity. In short, there is no substitute for healthy skepticism and your own good judgment.

Responsibility for what is posted in the forums, lies with each User. You alone are responsible for the material you post. We respect your freedom of speech, however, by using these pages you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, threatening or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others. We retain the right to revoke the access privileges of anyone who we believe has violated any of these terms or any other term of this agreement.

Although we cannot monitor all the postings in the forums, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons.

While we will not edit, change or modify the content of any user's messages, we expressly reserves the right to remove or ban any user for inappropriate conduct. I expect that you will not use the service to violate anyone's rights in copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property. By submitting material to these forums, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the explicit consent of the owner. Submitting material that is the property of another without the specific consent of its owner, is not only a violation of this agreement, but may also subject you to legal liability for infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

You or I may terminate your registration/account at any time for any reason. Once your registration/account is terminated, you may not engage in User/Member activities on these forums , in any manner for any reason, without the express AND written consent of an Administrator. If you assist in enabling a terminated User/Member to access these forums through your registration/account, your registration/account will be revoked.
